Mint.com
Mint.com is a great, free way to organize spending, budgeting, and debt. I am definitely looking more and more into going online for my financial needs. I use Turbotax, ING Direct, and Mint.com as the quick and complete finance solution.

On The Computer All Day!!
I can't believe that I could be on this computer for so long. Granted,
I learned a lot about podcast and xml feeds and such, but I it's so
easy just to get stuck doing the next little tweek. Now I have a
headache and my homework is that much farther from getting done.

I found some cool programs though:
Wimpy Player at www.wimpyplayer.com is pretty cool.
Podcast maker at www.lemonzdream.com/podcastmaker is also a winner.
Check 'em out.

I'm actually right now walking to another class [...] and just walking I'm able to talk on the phone and have jott.com transcribe it to my blog or text message it to other people or whatever, there's all kinds of options so keep that in mind. listen

Podcast
I'm learning how to do a podcast the cheap way via Blogger. It's not very "feed" friendly as far as my abilities are concerned, but it works. Feedburner, is really helpful when it comes to distributing and flaring it up.

Thunderbird? Not for a Mac anyway...
Mozilla has been so good at reading the wants and needs of users of the internet. I'm wondering where it all went wrong with Thunderbird.
I download
ed Thunderbird today to see if it is as good a Firefox has been and I am extremely disappointed. As a mail client it was not smooth at all in it's accessibility to contacts. And, without going into much detail, the interface was choppy. Some great points though was the RSS reader integration. It's a great idea to get all your rss needs on one client (why doesn't google merge reader and gmail?), and the alias option are some that aren't available on other clients.

"Other" Jobs
Serpentwise is taking on some non-profit work. I helped a small church group get there own email address and web organization via Google Apps. They are yet to get used to it, but I will be doing a little tutorial for them so they can take advantage of all that Google has to offer.
I have also started a podcast about faith and philosophy. It has yet to air its first show, but I think that it might just be a mini-hit.
Check these out in the "Work" section of serpentwise.net.
Enjoy!
